1.SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

How long do orders usually take to process?

Once payment has been completed, orders typically take up to 3 business days to process before shipment.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you’ll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you.

How long is the shipping time?

Due to high demand, the current wait time for all regions are about 15 – 20 business days as stated on the product description. We will be updating this accordingly soon.

While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment.

Where will orders be shipped from?

Your orders will be shipped from China. Our product research team are unfaltering in sourcing only the best quality products and material from the most experienced and reliable manufacturers.

What if I am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. In the scenario where no one is at home to recieve the package, the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

I have not recieved any order confirmation details?

This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

3.POST-SALES

Can I cancel my order?

We only allow order cancellation within 24 hours after you have made payment. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email should you want to proceed with cancellation.

Can I make changes to my Order/Shipping address?

If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at our Contact Us page as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change. We will do our best to accommodate your request but do note that we cannot make any promises. Do drop us an email should you require any assistance.

If the order had already been sent out, we will not be able to change the order address.
